Good Skin Starts On The Inside. Before you can begin to look great or feel great, you have to be healthy internally. Good skin and hair care starts on the inside. There are several things I add to my daily diet and supplements to help boost feeling energetic and healthy. Everything mentioned here can be found on the "shop" tab of this site or by clicking the underlined links as you read below or reading post on other pages. There is a tab that contains a full list of my daily regiments with product links so you will have it on one page to print out. My daily regiments are simple and the products I use are not expensive, so it is affordable to keep looking great. I highly recommend that young woman and men start as early as possible. Your skin is your biggest organ and needs to be cared for as early as possible to keep its youthful appearance. Your skin may be beautiful now, but the trick is to keep it looking good as you age. Remember, and never forget this....when you look great....you feel great and never give up! We all want to feel great. It doesn't matter when you start, it is never too late to start taking care of your skin and your internal self.

While I am not much into exercise, I understand the importance of exercising. My job is sedentary and I am not going to lie, I don't like exercise. However, I have to. I do not want bad knees or other issues that come with lack of exercising.

Chuze Fitness is a great gym. They allow you to bring a guest with certain memberships and the cost of a membership is very low. If you are 65+ years old, you can get a free membership through Medicare. Please check your eligibility. A good workout would be 3 days a week for at least 1 hour each session. When I go, I use the treadmill and walk at a nice pace, the rowing machine, the bicycles and then stomach crunches. Whatever, exercise you chose, you will never go wrong with making it a habit to do some type of exercise. Please consult with a gym attendant on how to properly use the equipment and don't overdo it.
Healthy Diet

It goes without saying, but here goes, a healthy daily diet plays a huge part in ensuring healthy skin, hair and weight. Please research what is best for you and options.
