For the past 40 years I have been using Caress Soap. To cleanse my face and my body. Cleansing is where it begins. The important thing is that you do not want a cleanser that dries your skin. I don't know if Caress Soap is the best, but it has served me well, is inexpensive and my skin always looks moisturized,

Exfoliating

Exfoliating offers a range of benefits for the skin, including:

Improved skin appearance: Exfoliation can leave your skin looking brighter and more radiant.

Enhanced absorption: It improves the effectiveness of topical skin care products by enhancing absorption.

Reduced breakouts: Regular exfoliation can help prevent clogged pores, resulting in fewer breakouts.

Increased collagen production: Long term exfoliating can increase collagen production, promoting skin elasticity and minimizing the appearance of fine lines and aging.

Unclogging pores: Exfoliation helps unclog pores, which can reduce types of acne.

Increased cell turnover: Exfoliation boosts cell turnover, keeping the skin fresh and healty.

These benefits make exfoliating a key step in a well-rounded skincare routine. However, it's important to use exfoliants that are gentle and suitable for your skin type to avoid irritation or dryness.

An exfoliating glove works wonders and I have seen a great improvement since I added a scrub glove into my daily regiment.
